Self-serve package is for customers who can configure PPPoE software and can do network troubleshooting using ping, traceroute, and telnet.
Bandwith use (downloads) beyond included number of GB for a month is billed at $1.50/GB. There is no limit on uploads. Customers can increase their monthly bandwidth by 10GB for $7.50/mth. Off-peak time is 0200 to 1000. PPPoE session must start and stop during this time to be considered off-peak usage.
